Before donating, review the page for the organisation, scholarship programme or project you wish to support. The video shows the main on-screen steps.

Complete the donation in this order
- Sign in. An active individual account is required.
- Select a page. Open the organisation, scholarship programme or project you wish to support.
- Review the information. Check the purpose, organisation and support details.
- Choose the amount. Enter an amount or select an offered option.
- Complete payment. Enter payment details only on the secure screen.
- Check the result. Keep the transaction record and your bank or card activity.
Check the supported page and amount again. Before repeating a transaction, determine whether the result is successful, failed or pending.
Choose the right support
Review the purpose of each donation page separately
An organisation may have different scholarship programmes, projects or donation pages. Your donation is associated with the organisation, programme or project stated on the selected page.
- Confirm which organisation, scholarship programme or project the donation supports.
- Read the description of purpose-specific campaigns carefully.
- Open, fixed or minimum amounts may differ by page.
- Donor preferences and recipient selection do not operate identically in every programme.
Payment and record
Confirm the result and keep your transaction record
Check the payment result when it is complete. The amount, date, supported organisation or project, bank record and any transaction reference help verify your donation. Do not assume a separate donation-history screen is available in your account.
The payment screen closed. Should I donate again?
No. Check the payment result and bank or card activity first. Do not repeat the donation until its status is clear.
What if I see an error in the record?
Submit the date, amount, supported page and any reference. Completed donations cannot be cancelled or partially refunded; suspected incorrect or duplicate transactions are reviewed from the records.
Secure transaction
Enter payment details only on the secure payment screen
Card numbers, expiry dates and CVVs are not stored in bursverenler.org systems. Never share your full card number, CVV, online-banking password or SMS verification code by email, message or support form.
- Confirm that the payment page belongs to the secure flow opened through bursverenler.org.
- Keep the bank receipt, account statement or transaction number.
- Seek confirmation before acting on a suspicious link or payment request.
