Yes, you must sign in to complete a donation
You may browse donation pages without signing in. However, an active and verified individual account is required when you wish to complete an online donation to an organisation, scholarship programme or project.
- If you already created an account for a scholarship application or another service, use the same individual account.
- If your email address or phone number is already registered, do not create a second account.
- If you do not have an account, complete the registration form and activate your account using the verification code sent to your phone.
- Registration and account use are free.
A donation cannot be completed without signing in
If you try to start a donation while signed out, the system may display an error or prevent you from continuing to payment. Instead of repeatedly retrying, sign in first and then return to the selected donation page.
An account links the donation to the correct person
The account requirement is more than a sign-in step. It helps the donation process remain secure and verifiable when necessary.
- It associates the donor and transaction record with the correct account.
- It supports the review of unauthorised or incorrect transaction risks.
- It makes it easier to contact the correct person if there is a payment result, duplicate transaction or technical issue.
- It records donor preferences and the supported organisation, scholarship or project with the transaction.
- It supports authorised handling of personal data and transaction information throughout the donation process.
Having an account does not mean card details are stored by bursverenler.org
Card number, expiry date and security code are not stored in bursverenler.org systems. Payment is completed through the secure infrastructure of the bank or authorised payment provider.
How can you continue with your donation?
Create a free account if needed
Use a current email address and mobile number. Verify your account with the code sent to your phone.
Return to the donation page
Reopen the organisation, scholarship programme or project page you wish to support and review its purpose and conditions.
Confirm the amount and your selection
Choose the donation amount and check the supported organisation, scholarship or project again before payment.
Complete secure payment
Enter card details only on the secure payment screen. Do not start the same donation again before seeing the transaction result.
Donors do not pay an additional membership or platform fee
Creating an account is free. Donors do not pay an additional membership or platform-use fee on top of the donation amount selected on the payment screen.
- The selected amount on the payment screen is the donation amount.
- No additional bursverenler.org usage fee is charged to the donor.
- For banking transactions, 4% is deducted from donations made to institutions and the entire remaining amount is transferred to the relevant institution.
- This deduction is not added on top of the donation and is not collected separately from the donor.
Resolve account issues before continuing to the donation
My email address or phone number is already registered
You may already have an account. Do not create a second one; try signing in. If you cannot remember your password, use the password-reset link.
The phone verification code did not arrive
Check your phone number, wait briefly and use the resend option once if it is available. If the issue continues, email info@bursverenler.org.
I am signed in but the donation page shows an error
Refresh the page and reopen the selected donation page. If the issue continues, email info@bursverenler.org with a screenshot and your device and browser details. Never send a card number, CVV, password or SMS verification code.
I did not receive an email or text message after payment
Do not start the donation again. First check the payment result and your bank or card activity, then email info@bursverenler.org with the transaction date, amount and transaction number where available.
Use login and payment details only on secure screens
- Do not share your account password or phone verification code.
- Enter login details only on pages under the bursverenler.org domain.
- Never send card details by email, message or support form.
- If you use a shared device, sign out when the transaction is complete.
- If you encounter a suspicious link or payment request, contact info@bursverenler.org before taking action.
