Make sure you can access the details used for registration
This guide is for individual user accounts. Scholarship seekers, donors and other individual users can register on the Sign Up page. To provide scholarships or manage scholarship processes for an organisation, use the joining process for scholarship providers.
- Use an active email address and mobile phone number that you can access.
- Create a strong password that you do not use for other accounts.
- Enter accurate and complete identity and contact details that belong to you.
- If you are under 18, complete the process with the permission of your parent or legal guardian.
If your email address or phone number is already registered, do not create another account. Try to sign in or reset your password.
Step by step
How do I create a new account?
- Open the Sign Up page. Check that the address bar displays the bursverenler.org domain.
- Complete the requested information. Carefully enter the identity, date of birth, contact and password details.
- Review the terms. Read the Website Terms of Use, check your details and submit the form.
- Enter the code sent to your phone. Complete verification with the SMS code sent to the number provided; never share it.
- Sign in. After registration is confirmed, log in with your email address and password.
Troubleshooting
If you experience a verification issue
I did not receive the verification code
Check that the number is correct, your line can receive SMS messages and messages are not blocked. Wait briefly and, if offered, use resend once.
If the issue continues, email info@bursverenler.org with the email used for registration and the last four digits of the phone number. Never include your password or verification code.
I see an “Invalid verification code” message
Use the most recently received code and make sure there are no spaces before or after it. Earlier codes may become invalid if you request more than one.
My email address or phone number is already registered
You may already have an account. Instead of registering again, sign in or use Forgot Password.
I entered incorrect information
Update editable fields in your profile after signing in. If an identity or verification field cannot be changed, do not create another account; request support through Contact Us.

Security
Protect these details when creating your account
- Never share your password or SMS verification code.
- Use only a phone number and email address that belong to you and that you can access.
- Log out when finished on a shared device.
- Enter login details only on pages under the bursverenler.org domain.
An SMS verification code protects access to your account. The bursverenler.org team, scholarship providers and donors will not ask you to share it.
