Choosing a browser
Use the latest Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox
bursverenler.org should be used with a current stable version of a widely used browser. On older browsers or operating systems, pages may appear incomplete and forms, uploads or payment steps may not work as expected.
- iPhone and iPad: Safari on a current version of iOS or iPadOS.
- Android phone and tablet: Chrome on a current version of Android.
- Windows computer: A current version of Chrome, Edge or Firefox.
- Mac: A current version of Safari, Chrome or Firefox.
Install updates only through your device’s official app store or the browser provider’s official update feature.
Using devices
Mobile devices are supported; a computer may be easier for longer tasks
What should I know when using an iPhone or iPad?
Open the link directly in Safari. When uploading a document, allow access only to the required photo or file. If the keyboard covers a button, close the keyboard and scroll the page.
What should I know when using an Android device?
Open the link in an up-to-date version of Chrome. If camera or file access is required, grant only the permission needed for that task. Avoid switching networks or using an aggressive battery-saving mode while submitting a form.
Do I have to use a computer?
No. The site can also be used on mobile devices. A computer may, however, be more convenient for long forms, several document uploads or comparing documents.
