Quick check
Check these points before uploading
An upload issue is usually related to the file’s format, size or legibility. Review the rules shown in the document field and try again.
- Make sure your file is in an accepted format.
- Check that the file does not exceed the size limit shown in the form.
- Use a short, clear filename without special characters.
- Confirm that the document opens, includes every page and is legible.
Try again
Prepare the file and upload it again
- 1
Save the file to your device
Download the file to your device before uploading it, rather than uploading directly from a messaging app or cloud link.
- 2
Simplify the file
Create a clear, legible copy where needed. If multiple pages are requested, combine them into one orderly file.
- 3
Check your connection
Try again using a stable internet connection and do not close the page until the upload is complete.
- 4
Confirm the upload
Check that the filename or preview appears after uploading.
Common issues
Proceed according to the error message
The file is selected but the upload does not finish
Check your internet connection, refresh the page and select the file again. If the issue continues, try a different up-to-date browser or device.
I see a file format or size warning
Check the accepted file type and size information in the form field. Save the document again in a suitable format and re-upload it.
The uploaded document is unclear or appears incorrectly
Open the document and check its image quality. Remove and replace a file that is incomplete, rotated, shadowed or unreadable.
