bursverenler.org is a platform that brings scholarship applicants and scholarship-providing institutions together. Before starting an application, check the eligibility requirements, requested documents, dates and current announcements on the relevant institution’s scholarship page.
- Review the programme’s education level, field of study, year of study, residence and other specific requirements.
- If applications are open, prepare the required information and documents.
- If you plan to apply to more than one programme, assess each programme’s requirements separately.
- If you do not have an account, first create and verify your account.
The programme requirements, scholarship amount, capacity, assessment method and result process are shown on the relevant scholarship-providing institution’s programme page. These details may vary by scholarship.
Step by step
How do I apply for a scholarship?

Sign in to your account
Sign in to your bursverenler.org account to apply. If you do not remember your password, use the Login and Password Issues guide.

Find a suitable scholarship
Browse active scholarships and select a programme whose requirements suit your circumstances. Do not start before reading its description and current announcements.

Complete the application form carefully
Enter education, family, social circumstances and other requested information accurately and currently. See Sections of the Scholarship Application Form to learn what may be requested.

Upload the requested documents
Attach only the requested, readable documents that belong to you. If uploading fails, use the Document Upload Issue guide.

Review your information one final time
Check the form fields, documents and selected scholarship programme. As an incorrect scholarship selection cannot be corrected afterwards, verify the programme name before submitting.

Pay the application service fee and complete the process
Pay the TRY 10 application service fee only on the official payment screen under the bursverenler.org domain. Select submit or complete once and wait for the on-screen result. See Application Service Fee and Payment Process for its purpose and payment details.
Start your initial scholarship application from the relevant scholarship page and official application flow on bursverenler.org. Some institutions may request an additional form or documents during the assessment process. Before submitting information or documents through a different form sent by message or email, confirm that the request relates to a scholarship you applied for, verify the sending institution and check the link’s domain. Checking your application
How do you know that your application is complete?
After submitting your application and completing payment, check the relevant scholarship programme screen in your account. The status shown there indicates whether the application was recorded and whether you need to take any further action.
I submitted the form. Should I apply again?
No. Before repeating the application or payment, check its status on the programme screen. For details, see How Do I Know My Application Is Complete?
What if I notice missing or incorrect information?
Correct editable fields by following Updating the Scholarship Application Form. An incorrect scholarship selection cannot be changed; you must request that the existing application not be assessed and apply again to the correct scholarship.
When and where will I learn the result?
Assessment and result schedules vary by institution and programme. Follow the scholarship page, the status in your account and the institution’s announcements.

The system may generate an automatic and objective preliminary assessment score using criteria defined for the programme. This score helps applications be ordered consistently. The final scholarship decision belongs to the relevant scholarship-providing institution.
bursverenler.org provides the digital infrastructure for application and assessment processes. It cannot change an institution’s requirements, assessment, result date or final decision.

Protect your personal information and application
- For sign-in, application and payment, check that the address bar shows the bursverenler.org domain.
- Never share your password, SMS verification code, full card details, CVV or online banking password.
- Do not add another person’s documents or contact details to your application.
- Do not pay an application fee to a personal IBAN or through WhatsApp or a social-media message.
- Sign out after using a shared device.
