Donations screen
Open “Donations” in the institution panel
This screen is only for authorised institution users to track their organisation’s donations. Sign in to the panel and select “Donations”.
- View support for your organisation and projects.
- Set criteria and run the query.
- Review results for the organisation or relevant project.
- Use detailed guides for date, project or donor-preference searches.
This guide concerns the Institution Management Panel. Individual donor accounts do not have a separate donation-history screen; donors should keep payment results, bank activity and transaction records.
Donor search
Search by donor name, email or telephone
Search by name to review which of your organisation’s projects a donor supported and the amount. Where available, email or telephone may also be used.
How do I use wildcard characters?
Use * to search the beginning, end or middle of a name.
- ay*: names beginning with “ay”, such as Ayşe, Aylin or Aysu.
- *ay*: names containing “ay”, such as Ayşe, Koray or Saynur.
- *ay: names ending with “ay”, such as Koray, Doğanay or Sonay.
- *an*: names containing “an”, such as Doğanay, Kenan or Osman.
Can I use Turkish characters and upper or lower case?
Yes. You may use characters such as ş, ğ, ç, ü and ö and upper- or lower-case letters.
Can I see which projects a donor supported?
Yes. The query shows the organisation’s project or donation pages supported and the total shown in the result.
Search results
Read the result fields correctly
- Donor information: records matching the criteria.
- Number of instalments: credit-card instalments; a single payment may appear as 0.
- Total donation: total support shown in the result.
- Date: donation date.
- Donation: linked project or donation page.
- Selection criteria: donor preferences for recipient selection, where applicable.
The total shown and the amount transferred may be different fields. A 4% deduction applies to online donations made to organisations for banking and transaction processes. See Donation Transfer.
Excel and reporting
Export results only for authorised purposes
An exported Excel file may contain donor personal data and may be used only for authorised donation tracking, accounting, reporting and programme management.
- Apply date, project and donor criteria so only necessary data is exported.
- Store the file in a secure institution environment with restricted access.
- Do not move it to personal devices, personal email or unauthorised cloud storage.
- Do not share it with unauthorised people or external channels.
- Do not use it for marketing, promotion or personal purposes.
- When the purpose ends, delete or destroy it under the institution’s retention-destruction policy and legal obligations.
Accessing or exporting data does not grant unlimited use or third-party transfer rights. See Protecting Exported Applicant and Donor Data.
