Project-based donations
Each project or donation channel can be defined separately
An organization may have more than one project or donation channel. Donation pages defining each channel are opened through bursverenler.org, and donors can select the project or channel they wish to support.
- Create an open donation channel for the organization.
- Define a separate donation channel for a specific scholarship programme.
- Create a separate donation page for a specific education project or campaign.
- Present each channel to donors with its own purpose and description.
Search step
Select the donation channel you want to review
In the Donations area of the Institution Management Panel, select from the donation channels and projects linked to your organization. View total donations and relevant activity for the channel you choose.
- Open Donations in the Institution Management Panel.
- Use the available project or donation-channel selection field.
- Select the scholarship, project or campaign to review.
- Run the query to display donations made to that channel.

View support received for the selected project
Project or donation-channel selection helps your organization track how much support each donation page has received. It lets you review donations for separate scholarship programmes or projects independently.
- Check the selected donation channel’s project name and purpose.
- Assess total donation information in the context of the relevant project.
- Where there are multiple channels, query each separately for comparable records.
- Check that the linked project matches your organization’s current campaign description.
An organization may create separate donation channels for general education support, a particular scholarship programme and a time-limited project. Donations made to each can be viewed separately through the relevant selection.
Detailed filtering
Narrow your review with a date range and donor preferences
Where needed, add a date range to the project query to review donations made during a specific period. Where a donor has preferences for scholar selection, the selection-criteria area helps display those preferences.
- Select a start and end date for a specific campaign period.
- Combine a project query with a date range for a period-based result.
- Use donor preferences only for the relevant matching and authorized institution process.
- Remember that preference information does not replace the institution’s final selection decision.
Secure use
Use project and donor information for authorised purposes
Donor and transaction information shown in a project query is used to manage the organization’s donation process. Do not share it with unauthorised people or use it outside project and scholarship management.
