Troubleshooting
If you have a problem with your PDF version
The PDF shows outdated information
Update and save your form first, then create a new PDF. An older file will not contain your current information.
My document is missing from the PDF
Check that the document was successfully uploaded to the relevant form field and is legible. Review the document-upload guide if the issue continues.
I cannot open or download the PDF
Use an up-to-date browser and try the download directly in Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox. If the issue continues, use the technical support guide.
