If you would like to meet young people from different cultures, challenge prejudices and work together towards more inclusive communities, Roots & Roads offers an international learning experience worth exploring.

Taking place in Bansko, Bulgaria, this Erasmus+ Youth Exchange focuses particularly on supporting the active participation of Roma, migrant and refugee youth in social and civic life. Participants will explore intercultural learning, discrimination, prejudice, active citizenship and inclusion through creative and participatory methods.

Who can apply?
Applications are open to young people aged 18-25. Participants should be open to learning and working with people from different cultural backgrounds, be able to take an active role throughout the project and have an interest in intercultural communication and inclusion.

5 participants from Türkiye will be selected. Participants are also expected to share their experiences and learning outcomes with their local communities after the project.
Important travel information
Travel support will be provided only for land transportation under the Green Travel scheme.

Priority will also be given to applicants who hold a valid Schengen visa or a Turkish special passport (green passport). We recommend reviewing all travel and document conditions on the official project page before applying.
